Vortex pump operation ①during operation, the bearing temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃; ② found that the fault should be immediately stopped for inspection. Vortex pump maintenance and care: (1) check the vortex pump pipe and the combination of loose phenomenon. Turn the vortex pump by hand to see if the vortex pump is flexible. (2) vortex pump to the bearing body by adding bearing lubrication oil, observe the oil level should be at the oil center line, the lubricating oil should be replaced or supplemented.
