With the improvement of the performance requirements of the parts of the modern machinery industry and the increase of the batch size, the workpieces produced in large quantities require good interchangeability, and the precision required for the grinding process is extremely high. The application of grinding disc CNC double-face grinding technology is increasingly used in industrial production. At present, the main use is imported grinding discs, mainly Japan's Mitsui, NORITAKE and Saint-Gobain's WINTER, Norton and so on.
The project “Development of Superhard Material Grinding Disc for High-precision Double-face Grinding” undertaken by the institute is based on the development trend of domestic grinding technology and market development needs. The significance of the research of this project is to promote the promotion and application of high-precision resin superhard material grinding disc in CNC double-end grinding technology, and improve the application level of domestic grinding disc manufacturing technology and products.
The expert group believes that the project is innovative in the development of modified resin binders, the uniform wear of the working surface of the grinding disc, the precision machining and dressing process of the grinding disc, and the flatness detection of the grinding disc; the developed disc products can meet a variety of materials (cast iron, High-speed steel, ceramics, etc.) The high-precision precision grinding requirements of the double-faced grinding machine, the grinding performance of the grinding disc, such as grinding efficiency, durability, workpiece machining accuracy and surface quality, etc., reach the level of imported similar products, and the comprehensive grinding cost of the workpiece Significantly lower than similar imported products. The project solved the key technical problems of related grinding disc products, researched and developed the complete set of manufacturing technology of resin grinding discs, and the project research results are at the domestic leading level.
The products of this project are mainly used for core components of air conditioners and refrigerator compressors (cylinder block, sliding vane, rolling sleeve, etc.), core components of high pressure vane pump (blade, stator, rotor, etc.)
Such as the precision grinding of the workpiece on both sides, it can replace the imported high-performance grinding disc products.
