Experiment on Effect of Heat Treatment Process on Abrasive Wear Performance of Ni45 Surfacing Layer
The Ni45 powder surfacing layer is often used as a wear-resistant working layer on the surface of the workpiece. In order to understand the influence of heat treatment on the wear resistance of Ni45 powder surfacing layer and the adaptability of Ni45 surfacing layer to heat treatment process, and improve the wear resistance of surfacing layer, this paper studied the cooling rate and wear resistance. The relationship between the wear resistance of the surfacing layer in the quenched state and the wear resistance after quenching at different temperatures and different times after tempering, and the test results were analyzed. Tests have shown that the heat treatment process has a significant effect on the wear resistance of the weld overlay.
