Post-Exhibition Report of the 3rd China (Zhengzhou) International Sanmei Exhibition

On November 13-15, 2015, the 3rd China (Zhengzhou) International Abrasives Grinding Exhibition was successfully held in Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center.
315 exhibitors from 5 countries including China, the United States, France, Germany and Italy; the exhibition area was 18,000 square meters, an increase of 50% over the previous session; 7005 professional visitors from 24 countries and regions visited and purchased The growth rate was 129%; the eight series of activities in the same period have reported nearly 100 games. Exhibitors and buyers are widely exchanged and satisfied with the return; the delegates and the speakers have in-depth discussions and each needs.
Another professional grinding exhibition went down in history.
I. Exhibitor analysis
(1) Analysis of the source of exhibitors. As shown in Figure 3.1, domestic exhibitors accounted for 96.8%, and overseas exhibitors accounted for 3.2%. Domestic exhibitors come from 23 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions), and the top three abrasive abrasive industry clusters are Henan, Guangdong and Jiangsu (see Figure 3.2).
(2) Analysis of exhibitors' participation purposes. As can be seen from Figure 4, exhibitors have the main purpose of displaying, establishing or consolidating business relationships and understanding the overall market situation. Meet the characteristics of professional exhibitions.
(3) Exhibitors evaluate the audience. As shown in Figure 5, exhibitors are more satisfied with the total number of visitors, decision-making power, and ordering intentions, all of which exceed 90%; the satisfaction of new customers established during the exhibition period is close to 90%. The overall evaluation is good, in line with the basic situation of the quality and quantity of professional visitors in this exhibition.
(4) Exhibitors' satisfaction with service providers. As shown in Figure 6, exhibitors are satisfied with hotel services, booth construction and on-site loading and unloading; satisfaction with transportation services and exhibit rental is less than 90%.
(5) Exhibitors' evaluation of the effect of the exhibition. Exhibitors are very satisfied with the image effect and attractiveness of the exhibits, and the satisfaction is close to 96%; they are satisfied with the effect of the exhibition and the overall evaluation of the exhibition.
(6) Exhibitors choose the intention of the next exhibition. Exhibitors who choose “will definitely” and “very likely” will account for 81%; less than 2% of exhibitors choose “not to participate” for the next exhibition due to their own product reasons.

In summary, the organizers of the exhibition have made great efforts in the organization of buyers. The professional audience has a wider industry, and the quantity and quality have been greatly improved. Exhibitors have highly praised this exhibition; invitations to overseas exhibitors and The details of the exhibition service need to be improved.

Second, professional audience analysis
(1) Distribution of the source of the audience. As can be seen from Figure 9, 58% of the audience held in the exhibition, 40% of the non-hosts in the territory, and 2% of the overseas audience. The domestic audience mainly comes from the abrasives industry and the developed provinces such as Henan, Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, and Zhejiang (see Figure 10). The overseas audience is mainly from the Asian region (see Figure 11).
(2) Analysis of audience positions.
As can be seen from Figure 12, 27% of the audience have decision-making power, 30% of the audience are managers, and professionals account for 38%. Overall, the professional audience level is higher.
(3) Analysis of the nature of the work of the audience. As can be seen from Figure 13, the audience engaged in "marketing" ranked first, accounting for 38.29%, indicating that the audience pays more attention to understanding the market dynamics and seeking partners. “Government/Association” and “Designed Audience” accounted for 15.72% and 6.71% respectively.
(4) Analysis of the industry in which the audience is located. As can be seen from Figure 14, the audience industry is widely distributed, and the audience of the manufacturing industry accounts for 54.91%, indicating that abrasive abrasives are widely used, and the title of "industrial teeth" is further fulfilled.
(5) Analysis of the audience's interest in exhibits. As can be seen from Figure 15, the audience interested in abrasives and abrasive tools accounted for 32.30% and 27.84% respectively. Basically fit the distribution of exhibits.
(6) Analysis of the purpose of the audience's visit. As can be seen from Figure 16, the top two viewers who selected “Finding Suppliers” and “Understanding Industry Information” accounted for 27.24% and 25.94% respectively. It is consistent with the analysis of the nature of the work of the audience.
(7) The audience is informed of the analysis of the route of the exhibition.
As can be seen from Figure 17, the audience was informed that the main channels of the exhibition were “Invited by the Organizer” and “Official Website of the Exhibition”, accounting for 26.14% and 23.79% respectively. The “friend introduction” followed, indicating that the word of mouth of the exhibition is very important.
In summary, the geographical distribution and industry distribution of the audience in this exhibition is wider, the number of visitors has increased by 129%, and the level of audience positions is relatively high. At the same time as the purpose of the visit, the exhibitors will bring the benefits of exhibiting. It is necessary for the organizers to organize the audience.

Third, the same period of activities
(1) The 19th China International Automotive Powertrain Technical Process and Equipment Seminar was successfully held. The association was hosted by China Automotive Industry International Cooperation Co., Ltd. and hosted by SINOMACH International Exhibition Co., Ltd. On November 12-15, more than 200 representatives from the automotive industry and the machine tool industry were invited to attend, which was an unprecedented alliance event. (II) The 19th China Superhard Materials Technology Development Forum was successfully held. On November 14th, it was hosted by the China Machine Tool Industry Association Superhard Materials Branch, the United Nations Superhard Materials and Products Engineering Technology Research Center and the State Key Laboratory of Superhard Materials Abrasives. The forum is divided into five categories: grinding tools and applications, testing and special equipment, bonding agent and tool carcass research and application, non-metal processing tools and applications such as superhard materials and accessories, mechanical and electronic tools. . International industry experts such as the United States and Japan share advanced scientific and technological achievements.
(III) The 2015 National Coated Abrasives Industry Conference and the 2nd China Coated Abrasives International Forum ended in the fall. The association was hosted by the China Machine Tool Industry Association Coating Abrasives Branch. A total of four special reports were made, and 12 domestic and foreign industry experts, scholars, professors and seniors gave reports.

(IV) In the autumn of 2015, the national information exchange of abrasives industry and the 62nd China Corundum Silicon Carbide Fair were held. The association was hosted by the Abrasives and Abrasives Branch of China Machine Tool Industry Association. On November 12-14, more than 500 representatives of the abrasives industry participated in the conference.
(V) The 3rd Sino-German Grinding Technology Exchange Conference and GrindTec2016 Promotion Conference was successfully held. Organized by China (Zhengzhou) International Abrasives Grinding Exhibition Organizing Committee and German Precision Tool Grinding Association, SINOMACH (Beijing) Exhibition Co., Ltd. Focus on German grinding technology and advanced concepts. Nearly a hundred people attended the meeting.
(6) The new product launch conference was successfully held. Nearly ten companies have released the latest products and technologies, which have been well received by the audience.
