Quick fix keyway
Due to long-term use, the A186 carding machine of our factory wears the 12×50mm keyway of the shaft head, which affects the normal use. To this end, we use the graphite false bond repair process to repair, and achieved good results, as follows: (1) Pre-processed graphite dummy key, the key width size is 0.5 ~ 0.8mm smaller than the actual required size. (2) Position the graphite dummy key correctly in the original keyway position. (3) φ2.5mm welding rod is used for the parts to be repaired around the dummy key, and small current is applied.
