Handling rules

1. In principle, on-site ambulance, only if the environment is in danger at the scene, can the wounded be moved ;

2. Try to find someone to help as much as possible, and try to find the carrying tools. Try not to move the wounded alone , except when the situation is urgent.

3 , before moving to understand the injury, bleeding should first stop bleeding and dressing; head and neck injuries should be fixed head and neck; have a fracture should be fixed.

4. Try to keep the patient in a comfortable position. However, keeping the patient's head, neck and chest in the same midline position is the most important handling rule.

5. Try to transport severely wounded patients with strong long boards. The wounded person should be securely tied to the board before handling and the patient should be lifted carefully and steadily.

Operation points:

2, suspected spine, pelvis, injuries can not let people try when both lower extremities fracture line stand.

3 , patients with suspected rib fracture can not take the method of back transport.

4. Heavily injured injuries include coma, visceral injury, spine and pelvic fractures. Patients with fractures of both lower extremities should be treated with stretcher equipment.

5. If there is no stretcher at the scene, make a stretcher and pay attention to the taboo range.

Procedures for handling severely wounded casualties (vertebral fracture handling)

1, adjust the position: carefully adjust the position of the head, the head, neck, chest, both located on the same line.

4. Flat lift: There should be 4 people working together. One person holds the patient's head on both sides. The other three are on the same side of the patient. Stretch the hands to the opposite side and lift the wounded person steadily .

5. Fix the spine: Place the wounded person on a long wooden board, and use cloth tapes, etc., to bundle them on the long board, and then lift and carry them.

Spinal fracture movement

Four person handling methods:

1. One person is injuring the head of the patient and both hands are held on both sides of the head to axially pull the neck;

2. The other three are on the same side ( usually the right side ) of the wounded patient and are wounded on the shoulder, back, hips, and knees of the patient. Stretch both hands flat to the opposite side of the injured patient;

3 , four people kneel on one knee;

4 , four people at the same time to force, keep the spine as an axis, the injured patient will be lifted, placed on the spine plate;

5 , the upper cervical support, no neck support on both sides of the neck with sandbags or clothing, etc.;
