Advantages and disadvantages of cold pressed heavy bamboo flooring
Advantages: The curing time is long, the color difference of the board surface is small, and the cutting process is simple.
Disadvantages: Since the cold pressing is cured by the mold heating, the density of the edge of the heat-expandable plate in the heating process is often not as expected. It is easy to edge and easily cause uneven density of the board. Therefore, there is a high probability of cracking, jumping, deformation and other undesirable phenomena after the paint on the board surface. At present, there is no good solution, but there are many professionals who are studying this technical problem and believe that it can be solved soon.
Advantages and disadvantages of hot pressing heavy bamboo flooring
Advantages: The hot pressing refers to some of the shortcomings of cold pressing, combined with the improved process of the bamboo board mature production process, the pressure heating and curing is completed once, the billet forming process is completed under several thousand tons of pressure, the density is completed. Uniform, not easy to edge and jump, the problem of solving the inherent quality of the slab has been further improved.
Disadvantages: The density of hot-pressed bamboo flooring is higher than that of cold pressing, the difficulty of cutting is relatively large, and the cost of consumables is relatively high. The time for heating and curing of hot-pressed bamboo is shorter than that of cold pressing.
