Improper practice

2. The gypsum board at the corner of the suspended gypsum board is not covered with L whole plate, and it is easy to shrink and produce cracks. When the wooden keel ceiling is used to seal the gypsum board at the corner, if the L whole board is not used for construction, the bottom gypsum board will have seams at the corners, which will cause cracks due to the interface of the base material and the easy shrinkage of the material.

1. When the ceiling elevation is the same as the beam bottom elevation, the gypsum board must pass through the beam bottom. The advantage of this is that there is no interface, which will effectively reduce the joint and prevent cracks. In addition, when the ceiling elevation and the beam parallel opening are treated, the gypsum board should pass through the lower part of the beam and the side of the beam. 2. The gypsum board is sealed with L-shaped at the corner of the ceiling of the wooden keel to prevent the formation of cracks. The wooden keel ceiling is constructed with L whole plate when sealing the gypsum board at the corner.
