As the filtration process continues, dust accumulates on the outer surface of the filter cartridges, gradually increasing the system's resistance. To maintain smooth operation and efficiency, the maximum allowable resistance for the dust collector should be kept between 1400 and 1600 Pa. Within this range, the PLC pulse automatic controller initiates a three-state cleaning cycle either based on a fixed pressure threshold or a pre-set timer. This ensures that the system remains efficient and operational without unnecessary downtime.
The cleaning process for a cartridge-type dust collector involves isolating the clean air outlet of a specific chamber, allowing it to enter a static airflow state. Compressed air is then used to pulse backwash the filter cartridge, effectively removing the accumulated dust. After a short cleaning period, the dust settles naturally, and the clean air passage is reopened. This method not only removes the dust thoroughly but also prevents secondary dust adsorption caused by the cleaning spray, ensuring a complete and effective cleaning cycle for each chamber.

Under the influence of the main fan, the dusty gas enters the lower part of the dust collector through the air inlet. The dust particles are captured on the outer surface of the filter cartridges, while the clean air passes through the filters and collects in the clean air chamber at the top. From there, it is discharged through the air outlet, completing the filtration process.
