Cotton formula fertilization technology points

The growth characteristics of cotton are infinite growth, strong regenerative capacity, strong controllability of plant shape, and large amount of fertilizer. In general, enough fertilizer is the basis for high yield and quality of cotton. Adequate phosphate fertilizer can promote the robust growth of cotton plants, increase the weight of bolls, and mature early. Potassium fertilizer is a catalyst for a variety of enzymes in plants, which promotes photosynthesis and cellulose synthesis. The fertilization technology of cotton is: "nitrogen regulation, potassium increase, phosphorus supplementation, boron spray" eight-character formula fertilization. Specifically, the following five technical measures should be taken:
First, pay attention to the application of farmyard manure: farmyard manure can improve soil and fertilize soil fertility. Supplying various nutrients of crops and applying a certain amount of chemical fertilizers is a supplement and synergy for farmyard manure. On this basis, the application of micro-fertilizer will have a significant synergistic effect. If the farmyard manure or fertilizer is not met, the effect of micro-fertilizer is not significant.

Second, adjust the proportion of nitrogen fertilizer: farmers long-term partial application of nitrogen fertilizer, the results not only cause the loss and waste of nitrogen nutrients, but also make the proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium seriously imbalance. According to different soil fertility, the application of nitrogen fertilizer per mu is adjusted to 10-15 kg (including organic fertilizer nitrogen).

Third, increase the amount of potassium fertilizer application: cotton from the emergence of seedlings to the buds to absorb potassium accounted for about 24% of the total growth period. It is about 42% of the flowering to the flowering. Flowering to maturity accounts for about 34%. Therefore, potassium fertilizer should be applied before or after bud, in order to facilitate the early growth of cotton, focusing on the needs of bud, flower and bell growth and development. In the later stage, foliar application of potassium fertilizer (Hefeng potassium or phosphorus potassium power) can also be applied to supplement potassium. The amount of potassium fertilizer increased to 10-15 kg per mu.

Fourth, supplement phosphate fertilizer. Phosphorus is not easy to move in the soil, and the dissolution and release are slow, and it is not easily absorbed by the roots. Therefore, the phosphate fertilizer can be applied as a base fertilizer, so that it has a fertilizer effect in the early stage of growth. In production, nitrogen fertilizer is often used in combination with phosphate fertilizer, and its fertilizer efficiency is much higher than that of phosphate fertilizer alone. It can also be topdressed in the late roots, using high-quality potassium dihydrogen phosphate (such as 99% phosphorus and potassium imported from Singapore) and other foliar sprays. The amount of phosphate fertilizer should be added to 20-30 kg.

5. Spraying boron fertilizer: sufficient boron can not only promote the development of flower organs, but also facilitate pollination and increase the seed setting rate. It can also accelerate the transportation of carbohydrates in plants, increase the weight of single peach and the rate of clothing, so it should be in the bud stage. 1000 times of Hefeng boron solution was sprayed once at the initial flowering stage and full flowering stage.
