Unit installation process: basic re-measurement equipment base horn position leveling, chisel surface, pump base, position, centering, leveling (based on pump base center), pump base anchor bolt, reserved hole, one grout, one pump The base and the motor base are finely adjusted. The water pump body is connected to the base, and the fine motor is connected to the base. The fine adjustment is repeated. The centerline error of the pump shaft and the motor shaft is measured. The coupling is centered and the grounding is fastened. Bolt-horn group inspection, spot welding fixed one water pump and motor base one grouting one water pump inlet and outlet pipeline assembly, motor wiring, ventilation duct installation, protective cover and decoration, commissioning and trial operation. 1 During the construction of the horn, according to the volume, weight and operational data of the equipment provided by the manufacturer, it is determined that the horn group is placed next to the anchor bolt. And the surface of the horn is shoveled out of the surface of the horn. The area of ​​the numb surface is slightly larger than the horn, which is about 150×100. 2 When installing the pump base in the pump base, install the base on the adjusting bolt correctly, adjust the level of the base by adjusting the adjusting bolt, and adjust the gap between the base and the base surface to ensure (45±5) mm. The centering (vertical/horizontal) of the pump and motor, the maximum allowable installation deviation of the pump base and motor seat is 0.5mm. The elevation difference between the base of the pump and the motor is 2 ram shorter than the design during actual installation, so that the height of the motor can be adjusted with the gasket. The vertical and horizontal center line coincides with the base vertical and horizontal center line, and the relative allowable deviation value is +-20mm (but the center point should coincide with the center point required by the motor). The plane elevation tolerance is ±3mm, and the base plane level tolerance is not more than 0.01/1O00.
Check that the distance between the anchor bolt and the wall of the reserved hole is 15mm. The vertical tolerance of the anchor bolts is 8/1000.
3 The pump body and the base fine-tuning motor base are leveled and the motor center line position is determined. The pump and the base are finely adjusted. The fine adjustment process is to adjust the height of the horn group and tighten the anchor bolts and adjust the pump base. The vertical and horizontal center line position is achieved. The horn group is placed smoothly and in good contact. After the pump is leveled, use a small hammer to tap the listening check group by group, and use a 0.05mm feeler gauge to check the gap between the horns and between the horn and the base. The sum of the lengths inserted at both sides of the same section does not exceed 1/3+ of the length or width of the horn. Finally, the horn group is spot welded and fixed.
4 When the motor is in place and the coupling is centered on the motor base, the motor is in position and the coupling centering and coaxiality detection are adjusted at the same time. There are two measurement methods: direct measurement of the feeler gauge; dial indicator And special tool measurement methods. Measurement methods:
Rotate the two coupling halves together, measure once every 90°, record the radial measurement p and the axial measurement b at 5 positions, and record the dial gauge bl and the table bll at the ends of the same diameter or Axial measurements of two measuring points. When the measured value α1=α5, it should be considered that the measurement is correct and the measured value is valid. Minimum and maximum distance between the two halves of the coupling: Smin = 6mm, Smax = 12mm. Maximum allowable centering deviation = 0.53 mm, α = Smax - Smin, maximum allowable concentric deviation = 0.53 mm (the height difference between the two axis centers or the two halves of the coupling).
