Since 2007, Qinghai Province has invested nearly 50 million yuan. It has built a pollution source automatic monitoring system in 85 key sewage companies in the province and five monitoring platforms in provincial, Xining, Haidong, Haibei and Haixi states. 33 waste gas monitoring points, 24 waste water monitoring points, and 66 video monitoring points. A three-in-one, real-time monitoring system for automatic monitoring of pollution source emissions, equipment monitoring for pollution control facilities, and video surveillance was initially established.

The key enterprises that accounted for more than 70% of the pollution load of the province's major pollutants were all included in the scope of automatic monitoring. They played an important role in controlling the operation of key pollution source pollution control facilities and the discharge of major pollutants, and controlling illegal environmental discharges. Environmental pollution control engages in the transition from post-monitoring to pre-prevention.

Up to now, illegal enterprises that have violated 7 violations and 40 (sub) automatic monitoring facilities have been investigated and dealt with to ensure regional environmental safety. In order to effectively strengthen the construction of online monitoring facilities and strive to expand monitoring coverage, we will focus on four aspects in the future: First, to further strengthen the day-to-day management of monitoring centers at all levels to ensure that the company's on-site automatic monitoring equipment monitoring data and monitoring center stable networking. The second is to effectively incorporate data validation into day-to-day management and continuously increase the rate of review. According to the relevant requirements of the State, the organization shall do a good job in the verification of data validity and regular comparisons of monitoring work, issue a supervision and evaluation sign for equipment, and ensure that the monitoring data of automatic monitoring equipment is true and reliable. Third, do a good job in the construction of new major pollutants automatic monitoring capabilities. On the basis of the construction of existing online monitoring facilities, we will sort out the list of newly added companies, do a good job of installing and upgrading new monitoring factors, and build a complete pollution source automatic monitoring system. The fourth is to actively promote the application of pollution source automatic monitoring data in environmental supervision and management. Based on the completion of data validation, it will be used as an important evidence for pollutant discharge fees, supervision and management, and administrative punishment, and give full play to the integration of automatic monitoring facilities. effect.
