Yunlv shares: Announcement of subsidiary's financial subsidies

On May 30th, 2011, Yunnan Yunlv Aluminium Runxin Aluminium Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Yunnan Aluminum Co., Ltd., received the paper No.39 (2011) issued by the Management Committee of the Honghe Industrial Park of Yunnan Province on May 23, 2011. Yunlv Runxin was awarded a grant of RMB 19.96 million for production and operation subsidies from the Honghe Industrial Park Management Committee of Yunnan Province. According to relevant regulations, the subsidy will be included in the current profit or loss of the company, which will have a positive impact on the current profit and loss of the company.
