  3. Rough Aging: This step helps relieve internal stresses in the material, improving its structural stability before further processing.
  4. Finish Machining: Precision machining is performed to achieve the exact dimensions and surface finish required for the bearing.
  5. Inner Ring Forming Technology: For three-row roller slewing bearings, special attention is given to the inner ring. To prevent deformation after heat treatment, a pair-processing method is used during turning, involving back-to-back raceway processing without any interception before the final stage.
  6. Heat Treatment: Surface quenching is applied to the raceway, and additional treatments such as carburizing, nitriding, or carbonitriding may be performed based on customer requirements. Tempering follows quenching to enhance the mechanical properties of the part.
  7. Rolling and Milling: These operations help refine the geometry and improve the surface quality of the bearing components.
  8. Drilling and Surface Treatments: Drilling is carried out, and various surface treatments like blueing, phosphating, or vulcanization can be applied depending on the customer's needs.
  9. Grinding: This includes both rough and fine grinding to achieve the desired surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
  10. Inspection: Each part is inspected to ensure it meets quality standards and functional requirements.
  11. Final Processing: After inspection, parts go through demagnetization, cleaning, assembly, and application of anti-rust oil. Grease is filled, and the bearing is sealed properly. It is then packaged using a multi-layer system including plastic film, kraft paper, and nylon straps for protection during transport.

The removal process of wind power bearing parts is not only about disassembling but also about ensuring that each component remains in optimal condition for reassembly or replacement. Proper handling and adherence to these steps are crucial to maintain the efficiency and reliability of wind turbines, which rely heavily on high-performance bearings for smooth operation.
