For example, a standard stipulates that the width and height of the slot of the door and window frame should be ≤2000mm, the allowable deviation range is ±1.0mm, and the verticality of the front and side of the frame of the door/window frame (including the piling material) should be ≤2000mm. The range is ≤2.0mm, and so on.

Standard III. The higher the surface quality, the better the surface quality of the doors and windows directly affects the decorative effect of the entire wall surface after installation. Therefore, when purchasing, you should pay attention to the following aspects to check the quality of doors and windows:

1. There should be no obvious damage to the decorative surface of doors and windows, and the protective film on the surface of doors and windows should not have scratches and scratches.

2. There should be no obvious color difference on the colored surface of adjacent components on the doors and windows.

3. There should be no aluminum chips, burrs, oil spots or other stains on the surfaces of doors and windows; there should be no spillage of adhesive at the assembly joints; there should not be too many nail holes exposed to affect the appearance. This point, many brands on the market are not doing very well.

Standard Five, Material Needs to Meet 6 Requirements Aluminum alloy door and window products mainly have 6 requirements on material materials:

1. Thickness: There are 70 series and 90 series aluminum alloy sliding doors (series numbers indicate the thickness of the door frame thickness in millimeters). The aluminum alloy sliding door inside the house can use 70 series. The aluminum alloy sliding window has 55 series, 60 series, 70 series, 90 series four. The selection of the series should be based on the size of the window hole and the local wind pressure. Among them, aluminum alloy sliding windows used as closed balconies should not be smaller than the 70 series.

2. Strength: Tensile strength shall be 157 Newtons per square meter and the yield strength shall be 108 Newtons per square millimeter. When you purchase, you can use the hand to bend the profile moderately, and then you can rejuvenate it.

3. Color: The same aluminum alloy color should be the same, such as the color difference is obvious, that is not suitable for purchase.

4. Flatness: When inspecting the surface of aluminum alloy profiles, there should be no depressions or bulges.

5. Gloss: aluminum alloy doors and windows to avoid the purchase of surface bubbles (white spots) and ash (black spots), as well as cracks, burrs, peeling and other obvious defects in the profile.

6. Degree of oxidation: The thickness of the oxide film should reach 10 microns. When you purchase, you can lightly stroke the surface of the profile to see if the oxide film on the surface can be wiped off.
