This organization is a social group that has been officially registered with the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China. It brings together various stakeholders in the superhard materials sector, including academic institutions, research centers, manufacturers, and trade organizations. In accordance with the association's bylaws, the principle of voluntary participation is strictly upheld. Therefore, all members are encouraged to apply for positions at the director level or above. Once the applications are submitted and reviewed, they will be presented to the 4th Board of Directors for evaluation. Following this, the list of candidates for the 5th Council will be sent to the 5th Member Congress for a secret ballot election.
