2, construction methods
1) floor pretreatment:
1 floor requirements: clean, dry, no grease, no sand, cracks and other phenomena, the surface finish without rough feel hand touch;
2 Use a floor grinder with more than 1000 watts and appropriate grinding discs to grind the floor as a whole, remove paint, glue and other residues, raised and loose land, empty drums must also be removed;
3 Vacuum cleaning the floor with an industrial vacuum cleaner of not less than 2000 watts;
4 For the cracks on the floor, stainless steel ribs and polyurethane waterproof adhesive surface can be used to repair quartz sand;
5 The basement or the more humid ground shall be provided with appropriate waterproofing during construction. Before the pavement is installed, it shall be checked whether the floor has been completely dried.
2) Self-levelling construction:
1 Base:
a. Absorbent bases such as concrete and cement mortar flattening layers should be first diluted with water at a 1:1 ratio after dilution with a multi-purpose interface agent;
b. For non-absorbent substrates such as ceramic tile, terrazzo, marble, etc., it is recommended to use a solid interface agent to make a primer;
c. If the base layer moisture content is too high (>3%) and immediate construction is required, primer treatment may be performed using an epoxy interface treatment agent, provided that the base layer moisture content should not exceed 8%;
d, interface treatment agent construction should be uniform, no significant effusion. After the surface of the interface treatment agent is air-dried, the self-leveling construction in the next step can be performed.
2 Stirring:
a. Pour a pack of self-leveling into a bucket containing clean water in accordance with the prescribed water-cement ratio, and pour while mixing;
b. In order to ensure uniform self-leveling, a high-power, low-speed electric drill must be used with a special stirrer to stir;
c. Stir until homogeneous slurry without agglomerates, allow it to stand for about 3 minutes, and briefly stir once;
e, the amount of water should be strictly in accordance with the water-cement ratio. Too little water will affect fluidity, and too much will reduce the strength after curing.
3 Laying:
a. The stirred self-leveling slurry is dumped on the construction floor. It will flow on its own and level the ground. If the designed thickness is ≤ 4 mm, a special tooth scraper will be used to scrape it.
b. Afterwards, the construction personnel should wear special spiked shoes and enter the construction ground. Use a special self-leveling bleed air drum to gently roll on the self-leveling surface to release the mixed air in the stirring to avoid the bubble height and interface height difference;
c. Close the site immediately after completion of the construction, walk within 5 hours, avoid heavy objects within 10 hours, and lay the floor glue after 24 hours;
d. In winter construction, the laying of the floor shall be carried out after 48 hours of free-flow construction;
4 ground polishing:
After self-leveling is fully dried, the self-leveling floor is ground, polished and cleaned.
5) pvc plastic floor construction 1 pre-paved and cut:
a. Whether it is a coil material or a block material, it should be placed on site for more than 24 hours, using material memory reduction, and the temperature is consistent with the construction site;
b. Use a dedicated edger to cut and clean the burrs of the coil.
c. When the coils are laid, overlaps of the two materials should be overlapped, generally requiring overlap of 2 cm. Pay attention to keep a knife cut off;
d. When the blocks are laid, there should be no joints between the two pieces of material.
2 Paste:
a, according to the different properties of the floor choose the appropriate glue and scraping board;
b. When the coil is laid, fold one end of the coil. Sweep the floor and the back of the coil first, then scrape it on the floor;
c. When the blocks are laid, turn the blocks from the middle to the sides, and also clean the floor and the back of the floor and glue them.
d, different adhesives in the construction requirements will be different, with specific reference to the corresponding product specification for construction.
3 exhaust, rolling:
a. After the floor is pasted, press the floor surface with a cork block to flatten and squeeze out the air;
b. Then use a 50 or 75 kg steel roller to evenly roll the floor and timely trim the splicing edge;
c. The glue on the floor surface should be wiped off in time;
d. After 24 hours, slotting and welding are performed again.
4 Slots:
a. Slotting must be done after the glue is completely cured. Use a special slotter to slot along the joint. To make the welding firm, the slot should not penetrate the bottom. It is recommended that the slot depth be 2/3 of the floor thickness.
b. At the end of the slitter where the slitter cannot be opened, use a manual slitter to open the slit with the same depth and width;
c. Before welding, remove dust and debris from the tank.
5 Welds:
a, optional manual welding torch or automatic welding equipment for welding;
b, welding torch temperature should be set at 350 ~ 400 degrees;
c. At an appropriate welding speed (to ensure that the electrode melts), uniformly extruding the electrode into the open groove;
