Description:
FRP pipe is in the filament winding process, using quartz sand layer will strengthen, make its have sandwich structure, such as reducing the comprehensive cost of the pipeline, and improve the overall strength and stiffness of the pipeline. 
High pressure FRP pipe is a new type of nonmetallic pipe. In its making, glass roving, soaking by low viscosity but strong adhesive bonding resin,winds around mould at the preset angle and layers. It has to be cured,released from the mould and then processed. Excellent corrosion resistance, high endurance, light weight and high strength are among its special properties

- Light weight, high strength, and convenient transportation and installation.
- Excellent corrosion resistant, it can be used under the condition of seawater environment for long time.
- Good low temperature resistant, it can be used under the condition of -45°C-120°C for long time.
- Smooth inner surface, its roughness coefficient is 0.0084, good conveying, and no fouling, no secondary pollution, decrease the cost of the running & maintenance.
- Fire retardant, it meets IMOA.753(18) Level-3 fire resistance class.

Working Process
Liner making machine
It is set up with Taida PLC numerical control device. The winding film, mat and girding fabric can be controlled automatically by the tension bracket device which makes the lap joint is smooth and precise, so the artificial nonuniformity and waste phenomenon will be prevented.


Winding machine
The sand-adding method includes many modes: intermediate, bottom, dry, wet and dry-wet method. By being set up with automatic glue-supplying pumping station and mixer, ratio of sand inclusion is fully automatic and well-distributed, so the operation of the equipment is pretty convenient and accurately, low energy-consuming.


Curinging station
Include open style and closed style. It's allocated with infrared heating system and the mould revolves automatically.


Demoulding machine
It adopts hydraulic transmission and the movement is stable. The flexible distance of claw is long and the applying scope of diameter is wide. It saves the usage of mould-extracing loop so the operation is easier.

Wood plastic composite Marketing Opportunities
In recent years, the market of wood plastic composites in North America has increased greatly and attracted the interest of both the plastics and the forest products industries. These wood-based composites have been successful in the marketplace primarily because they deliver consistently appropriate structural performance at a reasonable cost.
In the building community, there is a growing demand for high-performance, low-maintenance, and low-cost building products. To meet this demand, natural fiber thermoplastic composites are being used to produce such products as landscape timbers, railing, decking, fence, window and door elements, panels, molding, roofing, and siding, even floor ,louver, and indoor furniture have been reported. Some research point that wood plastic composites have become a major player in the North American decking market. Qizhen indicate that the advantages of wood-plastic composites can cause increase demands for value-added products made from them, and the market will increase dramatically in the near future and continue to grow in long-term. Recycling may help the wood-plastic composites industry as the recycling industries prepares for their future materials and their needs.
The demand of wood pallets and shortage of solid wood provide a large market for wood plastic composites in North America and Asia region. Besides, wood pallets and shipping crates represent a large source of raw material available for use in value-add composites. In Asia region, market for wood-plastic composites has just started recently, and has more potential than North America because of the great market demand and the shortage of wood. Especially in mainland China, market may increase with Olympic 2008 in Beijing. The constructions of civil buildings will also provide opportunities for wood-plastic composites applications.
