Cold drawing is usually performed on a single-chain or double-chain cold-drawing machine of 0.5 to 100T.
1.3. The extrusion method is to place the heated tube blank in a closed extrusion cylinder. The perforation rod moves together with the extrusion rod to squeeze the extrusion from the smaller die hole. This method produces smaller diameter steel tubes.

2.1, seamless use is very wide. General purpose seamless pipes are rolled by ordinary carbon structural steels, low alloy structural steels or alloy structural steels with the highest yield, and are mainly used as pipes or structural parts for conveying fluids.

4, specifications and appearance of the quality of seamless pipe according to GB/T8162-87 regulations
4.1 Specifications: The outer diameter of hot rolled pipe is 32-630mm. Wall thickness 2.5 to 75mm. Cold-rolled (cold drawing) tube outer diameter 5 ~ 200mm. Wall thickness 2.5 to 12mm.
4.2 Appearance quality: There must be no cracks, folds, folds, separations, hairline and scarring defects on the inner and outer surfaces of the Steel Pipe. These defects should be completely removed, and the wall thickness and outer diameter must not be allowed to exceed the negative deviation after removal.
4.3. Both ends of the pipe should be cut at right angles and the burrs removed. Pipes with a wall thickness greater than 20 mm allow gas cutting and hot saw cutting. The agreement between supply and demand sides can also be undone.

5, chemical composition test
5.1. The domestically produced seamless pipes supplied according to chemical composition and mechanical properties, such as the chemical compositions of the steels Nos. 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50, shall comply with the provisions of GB/T 699-88. Imported seamless pipes are inspected according to the relevant standards stipulated in the contract. The chemical composition of 09MnV, 16Mn, 15MnV steel should meet the requirements of GB 1591-79.

5.3, analysis deviation Refer to GB222-84 "Steel chemical analysis of chemical composition and the allowable deviation of chemical composition of finished products."
