Many cotton farmers choose to grow cotton by the method of transplanting nutrients, but the transplanting of cotton nutrient seedlings must not be equal to the high yield of cotton. In the process of raising seedlings, many farmers often make some mistakes. Among them, the preparation of soil is unreasonable, which often leads to the problem of dead seedlings, sick seedlings or weak seedlings in cotton, so that cotton seedlings cannot be transplanted in time, delaying the season, or even difficult. Make sure to plan the area to be planted. Therefore, you should not neglect the general idea. In the production of Datian cotton, we should seize the winter and early spring seasons, select the bed site, prepare the seedbed, activate the bauxite, and mix the nutrients to do basic work for cotton seedling transplanting.

Choosing a good bed site, breeding and planting two stools, the nursery bed site should be leeward to the sun, convenient for irrigation and drainage; second, the transplanting of the field, transportation and labor. The long field of the fare should be seeded in the middle of the car; the third is to avoid the diseased soil, and the new site should be replaced every year; the fourth is that the bed site is deep and the organic matter content is high.

Revitalize the bauxite, standardize the seedbed, and then adjust the seedbed in the winter and early spring to fully mature the bauxite and eliminate the weeds and wintering pests. Second, reserve the seedbed in proportion and determine the seedlings of the Chinese wolfberry (5 cm in diameter). The ratio of the seedbed to the area of ​​the field is 1:30~40. If the seedlings are large (7-8 cm), the ratio of the seedbed to the field is 1:20~25; the third is to keep the seedbed according to the standard. Nowadays, the seedbed bed of Datian nursery is too long, which is not convenient for seedbed management. The standard seedbed area is 2×10 meters.

Balanced fertilization, with nutrient-rich nutrients is to be rich in nutrients, which requires one to improve the soil of the trampoline, the second to supply multi-nutrient fertilizers in a timely manner, and the third to scientifically configure nutrient soil. According to local experience, before the Spring Festival or early spring, each mu of seedbed should be fertilized with 2 to 3 squares of ash and fertilizer, and 15 to 20 tons of diluted human waste should be applied. 15 to 20 days before cotton seedlings, re-apply per mu. 25 kg of phosphate fertilizer, 10 kg of potassium fertilizer, seedbed with poor soil strength, 30 kg of ternary compound fertilizer per acre. In this way, the cotton seedlings can absorb the whole yuan fertilizer in a timely and sufficient amount, and significantly improve the quality of the cotton seedlings. But avoid using urea as the seed bed bottom fertilizer to prevent rotten seedlings.
