First, floor wet process


(a) cement mortar paving (soft bottom process):


1. According to the plan drawing instructions, the stone shall be divided into control lines and elevation control surfaces, fixed on the surface of the application, and shall be started after confirmation.


2. During the construction of floor paving, evenly spray the cement slurry on the paved surface, then dry the cement mortar, place the paving stone on it, adjust it to the correct height and horizontal position, and then install it with the cement slurry. fixed.


3. The indoor floor paving joints are less than 2mm and filled with grout, and the joints are more than 3mm filled with waterproof material.


(B) Cement mortar and adhesive (hard bottom process)


1. The planned laying surface is painted and leveled with 1:3 cement mortar, and the thickness of the stone is reserved and the space is 5mm-10mm.


2. Clean the laying surface and correctly lay the stone dividing control line on the planning surface on the laying surface.


3. Add special proportion of water or auxiliaries to the special cement sand or glue that has been pre-mixed in the factory, uniformly mix and apply to the paving surface with a groove type evenly, and put the stone evenly on the mortar or glue. Adjust to the correct position and level.


4. After laying the paving slabs, the joints are filled with special grout.


Second, floor elevated dry process


1. According to the plan drawing instructions, the stone dividing line is laid out on the laying surface.


2. At all split intersections, embedded metal seats are adjusted to the design elevation and level, and the paving stone will be affixed with 1/4 of the metal seats at each corner.


3. After the laying is completed, fill 2mm-5mm wide seams with waterproof caulking material.


three. Precautions:


1. The arrival of the stone in the correct location should be prioritized.


2. Before laying the floor, attention must be paid to the cooperation with other project projects.


3. When using the soft-bottom process, the back surface of the stone and the laying surface should have 30mm or more of cement mortar adjustment space.


4. The soft bottom craft stone thickness is recommended to use more than 18mm.


5. When using the soft-bottom process, in order to prevent the stone from producing lesions, consideration should be given to waterproofing the back of the stone before construction.


6. Good quality sand should be used. It contains no harmful amount of iron, salt (less than 0.1%) dirt, garbage and organic impurities. When using rivers and mountain sands, those containing less soil components should be used. The use of sea sand can easily cause stone rust and Baihua should not be used. The poor quality of sand, containing organic impurities, often cause stone cracking, pollution, white Hua phenomenon. If the stone is white, use white sand, such as cold water stones.


7. Water should use clean water and use tap water that does not contain harmful amounts of salt, iron or sulfur. The iron container is the main reason for causing rust in the stone and should be paid more attention.
