In 2013, in the unconventional technology for the development of tight sandstone oil and gas in Ordos oil and gas fields, the drilling, downhole operations and logging companies under the North China Project have made important progress in digestion, absorption and innovation.

Among them, the North China Wupu successfully explored the balance and treatment technology of well leakage and well collapse in the Dingbei and Hangjinqi blocks, forming a low-cost safe and excellent drilling system. The first successful fracture of the drillable bridge plug in the DP56H well was provided by the North China Underground, which provided a new process model and ideas for the development of the Daniudi gas field. In the LP2T well in Dingbei, the North China underground mine used the multi-fracture temporary plugging + pitching sliding sleeve sectional fracturing combined process for the first time, which accumulated experience for the further implementation of multi-fracture volume fracturing technology. The technical preparations for the 2-inch coiled tubing equipment and drag fracturing tools, as well as the technical preparations for the special technology of perforating and coiled tubing, have also been actively promoted in both the North China and North China logging wells.

The ultrasonic multiphase liquid production profile test technology for identifying oil-water, gas-water two-phase and oil-gas-water three-phase flow in North China logging is 100% in Daniudi gas field. The geosteering technology of logging in North China has been applied in Daniudi and Hangjinqi areas, and its elemental logging technology has been applied in solving the problem of weathering crust in Tahe Oilfield.

Ultra-deep well technology continues to improve

The western part of North China has rich experience in the construction of deep wells and ultra-deep wells. It is a window for the North China project to demonstrate the strength of deep well drilling.

In 2013, the construction of the Jinxi 2, Shunbei 1 and Adong 1 wells of the Group's key ultra-deep exploration wells was completed in the western part of North China, and achieved good results. In the construction of Jinxi 2 well, the northwestern part of China uses turbine and diamond bit drilling technology. The footage is 448.09 meters and the drilling speed is 1.99 meters per hour. The drilling efficiency is increased by 100% compared with the conventional combination. In the Well Shunbei 1 and the first time in the western part of North China, low-density drilling fluid was used to drill the Permian igneous rock formation in the Tahe area, which was 11.60% higher than the average ROP of the adjacent Yuejin block.

In the well of Adong 1 and the western part of North China, the plastic expansion and anti-gas slag cement slurry system was used to carry out the cementing of the gas layer without coupling tail pipe, and the 7.32.7m was used to create the deepest Sinopec record under the 8 1/8" tail pipe.

Seeking results in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements

In 2013, North China Engineering undertook a total of 35 research projects at the bureau level and above. Among them, the National 863 Scientific Research Project “Development of Radar Imaging Logging Prototype” progressed smoothly and two utility model patents have been obtained.

The North China Project completed the cementing process of horizontal wells in the Ordos oil and gas field, and completed 61 cementing in the horizontal section of the horizontal well with an excellent rate of 96.3% and 439 cementing holes with an excellent rate of 96.9%. In the development of development wells in Tahe industrial area, the average mechanical drilling rate reached 7.36 m / h through the promotion and application of "super deep complex wells and fast drilling technology", which was 18.61% higher than that in 2012, and the average drilling cycle per well was 57.13 days. Compared with 2012, it was shortened by 15.16 days.

In the Zhangwu block of the Northeast Oil and Gas Branch, the North China Wupu has achieved a four-in-one and potassium-ammonium-based drilling fluid system, and the drilling cycle of the ZW2-5-8 well has been shortened by more than 40%.
