Talking about the processing steps of granite sheet

"Thin board" refers to a stone that is thinner than a normal board. The so-called normal board is generally 16 mm to 18 mm thick, and the thin board is generally 10 mm. The production of thin-plate stone can produce more stone plates under the consumption of unit resources. Compared with the current domestic processing level, the cost can be reduced a lot, thus entering the ordinary home decoration market. Granite stone is a common stone variety in decoration. This article is a simple analysis of the processing process of granite stone sheet:

The granite sheet has been fully automated, and its processing equipment mainly includes two-way cutting machine, transverse cutting machine, leveling machine, continuous plate grinding and throwing machine and edging chamfering machine. The main specifications of the product are 300mm*300mm*10mm and 300mm*600mm*l0mm.

The processing steps of the granite sheet are as follows: (1) The granite block is cut into a 10 mm thick board by a two-way cutter. (2) The blade is conveyed to the transverse cutter by the automatic unloader, and the irregular end faces of the two ends of the blade are cut by the transverse cutter to make it a rectangle, and the regular plate is conveyed to the leveling machine by the conveyor belt. (3) The leveling machine leveles the sheet and ensures the flatness and uniform thickness of the sheet. (4) The thin plate is conveyed to the grinding and polishing line, and the thin plate is ground by the first 10 grinding heads. (5) The impurities on the surface of the sheet are removed by a blowing device. (6) The last four polishing discs made of lead and felt are polished on the polishing line. (7) The thin plate is cut into a thin sheet by a transverse cutter. (8) The edging, chamfering, grooving, cleaning, drying, etc. of the thin plate are performed by a edging chamfering machine.
