Dahua Guorui signed a special graphite project investment agreement with Xinbin County Government
Recently, Liaoning Dahua Guorui New Materials Co., Ltd. and Xinbin County Government special graphite project investment signing ceremony was held in Dalian Furama Hotel. Zhang Zhijun, chief engineer of Dahua Group, chairman of Dahua Guorui New Materials Co., Ltd., and Mr. Na Xuecheng, the head of Xinbin County, signed the agreement. Xing Xuepu, Chairman of Dahua Group, relevant leaders of Xinbin County Local Government, and head of Dahua Guorui Company attended the signing ceremony. Special graphite is one of the key projects of Dahua Group's “Twelfth Five-Year†development plan. Last year, Dahua Group successfully completed the equity acquisition and capital increase and expansion of Dahua Guorui New Materials Co., Ltd., and entered the field in an all-round way. Dahua Guorui settled in Nanzao Industrial Park, Fushun City. At present, the annual output of 2,000 tons of “super isotropic graphite†has been put into production. The second phase of the project plans to invest 200 million yuan. After the project is completed and put into production, it can produce special annual output. 4,000 tons of graphite, sales income of 400 million yuan, annual profit and tax of 160 million yuan. At the signing ceremony, the parties held candid and friendly consultations on land transfer, taxation policy, infrastructure construction, transmission line investment and other issues, and finally reached an agreement.
