Regarding the work of the small property house this year, he said that he will promote the investigation and research, clean-up of pilots, law enforcement supervision, strict precautions, and not allowing small-property houses to continue to spread.

As for the principle of cleanup, Xu Shaoshi disclosed that the clean-up will strictly protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers, but they must follow laws and regulations in accordance with regulations, and this pilot is to prepare for the large-scale clean-up in the future.

At the end of last month, the Beijing court sentenced a case of landlord officials for dereliction of incompetent property rights. Cao Jianming, head of the law enforcement team of the Huairou Branch of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Land and Resources, ignored the small property house project on the waterfront and was neglected by the court. He added 4.5 million mu of arable land last year and built 60 million mu of high-standard basic farmland.
